Review of Lal Mirch

Due to having such positive reviews on this app, I tried eating at this restaurant last night via takeout. I was a little apprehensive due to not being in person and therefore not being able to have a better conversation with the employees, but he said over the phone that my food could be made gluten free so I trusted that. After eating I experienced severe bloating, dizziness/brain fog (symptoms I get after getting glutened), and feeling major brain fog today as well. I can't say for sure if it was gluten or some other ingredient in the food that made me ill (I also get sick from MSG). I should also note that I took a gluten enzyme with my dinner (which can buffer the symptoms for me if there's cross contamination, but doesn't completely protect me.) The food was really delicious, but I don't think I will return to this place, and I'd advise others with Celiac or severe gluten intolerance to use caution when eating here.
