Review

Moving beyond the fact that “celiac” and “gluten” are loose concepts in most of CDMX (don’t get me started on cross contamination), I ate the Chilaquiles here and didn’t get sick. I have issues with shared fryers, so I think the totopos are safe in that regard (otherwise my body would have let me know). They have a lot of gluten filled foods (French toast, pancakes, etc) so depending on your sensitivity level, be careful.
