It’s a delicious tapas restaurant but I have to knock it down at least 1 star because they advertise a gluten free kitchen and will tell you the entire menu is gluten free, yet they serve normal gluten bread! Be very careful. This is not promoted anywhere and I really feel that they should be more forward about having bread in the kitchen and remove their gluten free kitchen label. Nevertheless the food is so good, and they do have GF bread heated up in plastic packaging if you ask. Just don’t let your guard down and be sure to mention you’re celiac/GF as it’s not a dedicated GF environment.

I loved this. It is a 100 percent gf but unlike neighbor restaurants it is very authentic. The nicest people. They did an exception since I was solo to do just the rice for me. Apparently at night it feels out, get a reservation

Amazing. Had a glutenfree bread “pan” as a starter and shared a dilicious amount of paella with my mom.

LALOLA offers safe gluten free options. It is a bit more pricey than the usual Valencia restaurant, but they are knowledgeable about celiac disease and careful when it comes to cross-contamination. The food is delicious and quite elaborate. Great spot to eat safe paella (although they only make it for two people). They offer gluten free beer as well. As a celiac myself, I felt perfectly fine after having lunch here.

They said they are now 100% gluten free. They serve traditional pállela as well as a vegetarian version. A minimum of 2 people must order the same type of paella. Very good.

One of the best gluten free restaurants I've been too! If you are in Valencia this is a must! The bread was the best gf bread I've had and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The tapas were incredible!! The only thing they have with gluten is bread but they keep it outside of the restaurant!!! Would highly recommend!

Such a nice and friendly staff, a cosy hidden place, as well indoor as outdoor. Everything gluten free and also a lovely gluten free bread baked in a local bakery. Very friendly for our celiac kids.

The staff were very knowledgable re gluten free and provided some lovely bread. I found the paella too heavily salted I’m afraid so didn’t enjoy. I would return and maybe try the tapas as that looked delicious and all GF too.

Everything is gluten free and so many options. Food was lovely and so were the staff. Accidentally went to the wrong restaurant (they have one gf and one non gf). Waitress was lovely rang ahead then carried our drinks and brought us to the right one. My friend she wouldn’t have known the bread was gluten free it was so good.

The whole menu is gluten free and staff were incredibly kind! This was one of the best meals we have ever had in our lives. The paella valenciana was SO good and we lived their tapas.
IMPORTANT: the bread they bring to the table does have gluten. Please notify your server that someone at your table has celiac. They will bake you your very own fresh GF bread at no extra cost.

They have a gluten free menu, but don't trust the allergens in the regular menu. I asked for a panacotta that didn't appear to have gluten and it came with cookie crumbs as a "decoration", they said that they don add the decoration to the allergens list... So be careful. The owner got really upset when I mentioned it and started speaking really loud instead of just apologizing. They ended up bringing the bill after the argument (not the coffees we already ordered). The attitude really ruined a really nice lunch, and not being able to trust the allergens absolutely ruined it.

This great restaurant was nice to visit as well! The staff who worked there told us that again everything was glutenfree! 😍 My sister and I had GF bread before hand. Then we had two appetizers, and after that some seafood paella! The quality of the food was really good at this place. I definitely recommend this place to others!

Visited on 11/04/22. They have a full gluten-free menu via QR scan code. I had gf bread and Patatas Bravas for starters and chicken paella food was delicious. The whole restaurant and menu is gluten free . Delighted to find such a place

They offered us the most amazing, warm GF baguette with garlic butter to start after I asked if everything is GF. The owner/manager was really kind and the staff was attentive (not US overly attentive but attentive enough). It was so lovely to not have to worry about getting glutened and to just enjoy a nice meal. We had the ceviche, meatballs, and paella de mariscos in addition to the bread. They also feature a Valencian rice dish that is sort of like risotto that sounded amazing. If I had another day or meal in Valencia, I would have tried that. This was the most expensive meal of our trip and it was 100% worth it.

This gem is tricky to find in old town. Google maps took us to Papardelle, so if you find yourself there, face Papardelle, go right and make a left around a corner to find Lalola. The man who I presumed was the owner or manager was extremely kind to us, the food was delicious, the restaurant was air conditioned (which was important because it was 105 degrees outside) and the entire menu is gluten free. They will bring glutenous bread for your non GF family/friends who want it and serve beer with gluten, but otherwise there is no gluten on the menu. The GF bread was tasty, too! We had the fixed menu today and it was delicious. We parted with besos y abrazos fuertes (kisses and hugs) with the owner to thank him for a lovely meal. He was so very kind. Highly recommended!!

Lovely restaurant, pleasant and friendly service, and most of all: great gluten free food!

Stopped here for lunch on our visit to Valencia. All of the staff was incredibly friendly, the food was absolutely delicious, and on a very hot July day the air conditioning was great too! The menu is completely gluten free (except they did provide “regular” bread for my husband) and they even had a relatively large, very tasty gluten-free loaf of bread that they brought to me first! (Wrapped and toasted in parchment paper, so clearly protected!) It is also fixed price—my husband and I each picked 2 of 5 appetizer options and then shared a main dish. We also had wine and plenty of water, and the total bill was very reasonable, a benefit of being in this beautiful “less popular” city. For those traveling like us, my only other note is that no one spoke much English, so just be prepared for that in advance if you’re not a little comfortable speaking Spanish.

Almost everything is glutenfree! Had a very nice paella and bread from the oven that tasted so good!

Wonderful menu full of gluten free items - in fact, most of the menu is gluten free! Fresh from the oven baguettes are so good you can't tell they are gluten free!
