Some options. Only the major allergens are listed. So you can only go off of wheat. But if you need to be dairy or soy free, those are clearly listed. No mention of gluten or rye/barley. Doubt it’s celiac safe. I’m sure rolls are made all day long, and airborne flour is a concern.
