Delicious and almost everything is GF, some fried stuff and the noodles are not safe.

Half & Half is gluten free. I have never asked about the other broths. The beef balls are gluten free as well (they use corn starch).

One of the best meals I’ve had in my entire life. Cook your own food in a pot of boiling broth(s). If you’re in the mood for soup, fresh fresh fresh ingredients and a different dining experience...go here. All the broths are GF, they don’t have a separate menu but they’ll go over menu items with you. Some staff are more knowledgeable than others. When you go up to the “sauce bar” avoid the hoisin sauce. Their Mochi ice cream is gf -
