The staff was super knowledgeable about celiac and the food was really good! I had called the owner a day or two before I went and almost everything can be made gluten free besides pork, crab Rangoon, egg rolls, and anything with imitation carb. They have gluten free soy sauce in the kitchen and use corn starch to thicken sauces. The owners mom has celiac so they are very accommodating
