They have GF bread option. I had breakfast and asked for my bread to be GF and didn’t have any issue even though they don’t take kitchen precautions.

Not a dedicated GF kitchen but all the bowls are GF. Good size, fresh food, relaxing vibe. The Mediterranean bowl had a great pesto and balsamic dressing. The seasonal Boricua in the Fall was good but not my favorite. Eco Fuel smoothie really hit the spot

I had the chia seed pudding and brownie. I was told they have gluten free pancakes here. Also there are many bowl options that are gluten free highly recommend! Also the lattes are phenomenal

This out of the way juice and smoothie bar has delicious food and most of it is gluten-free.

I’m so happy we found this healthy gem. Staff is knowledgeable and almost everything is naturally gluten free. Lots of Buddha bowls, salads, delicious smoothies. Most can be made dairy free or vegan. There’s also lots of paleo and keto including paleo pancakes. Not sure if the paninis would be safe, I have celiac so I like to ere on the side of caution but there was so much here I didn’t feel limited.
