I should start by mentioning that we had trouble finding a gluten-free kitchen in Saint-Mâlo. The management assured me that the fish and seafood were possible options that didn’t have any gluten, and that there was no risk of contamination. You’ll want to go simple and seafood makes the best option. I really appreciated the attention they offered to make sure I was comfortable. The sole meunière was delicious and I had no adverse effects.
