staff offered gf buns for their sandwiches and even checked on items for me.
Gluten free rolls and dedicated fryer
Aweful......They did not know what celiac was or gluten....Then when I asked to speak with Manager. The hostess rudely said to me me that "The manager is to busy to be bothered with this". This Hostess made me feel like there was no such thing as gluten or Celiac and I was making it all up! Avoid this place at all costs. As they definitely do not care about allergies!
Great place!!! My son has celiac and also cannot have dairy. They have a dedicated frier for fries, gluten free buns, the wings were delicious. The staff was so knowledgeable about food allergies and willing to modify certain items in the menu so my son could eat them. Definitely, it will be our go-to place when in Myrtle Beach. They made fresh tartar sauce to ensure it was gluten free for my fish sandwich on a gluten free bun (UDI). They substituted grilled chicken instead of chicken fingers for my son. Very accommodating for celiac. The downside was an hour wait for a table and then 15 minutes before our waiter came over. Even longer to take our order. Food was good.
Fantastic all around! I had a gluten free double cheeseburger on a Udi's bun with their fries that are cooked in a dedicated gluten free fryer. Their nachos are also supposed to be gluten free since their chips (gluten free) are fried safely with the fries. We are already thinking of going back there for lunch tomorrow! Great service and atmosphere, too. Staff was trained and knowledgeable.
Excellent food and the staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating! I was able to substitute a turkey burger for a regular burger they had special gluten BBQ so I could have that on it, a separate grill area, a separate prep area and a special fryer for fries, and Udi's GF bun!
They do not have a gluten free menu but they have options available (Udi's bread products) and a dedicated fryer. My waitress was Patty and the manager was Carol. They both worked closely with me to find something I could eat. I ended up getting the fish of the day sandwhich on a gluten free bun and fires. It was delicious, and the view was incredible. It was a wonderful experience and no sickness!!!!!!
