Land Shark Bar & Grill

This was the only full restaurant in terminal A where I was and I was there for four hours so figured I’d give it a go. The waitress was knowledgeable and sounded like she knew what she was talking about so I felt pretty comfortable. She specifically knew meat was all grilled separately and no buns were put on the grill. She also volunteered to make the cook change gloves without me having to ask. Since I am dairy free too there wasn’t a lot, but I was able to eat chicken on the cob salad with a balsamic vinaigrette. It was yummy and I didn’t get sick.
