Sind heute im Hotel und haben hier gegessen. Fast alle Gerichte sind glutenfrei möglich, 2 Frauen des Familienbetriebs haben selbst Zöliakie. Habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt. Bei allem immer gf dazu sagen, selbst zum Espresso gibt es dann gf Keks! Hatte Flädlesuppe, Paradiespfanne mit Spätzle und Pommes und gemischtem Salat und Mousse au Chocolat. Alles sehr lecker, alle Bedienungen achten wunderbar auf einen und sind sehr freundlich! Zum Frühstück standen schon glutenfreie Brötchen Brot und Kuchen bereit

Wirklich ein Paradies! Fast alles auf der Karte gibt es glutenfrei. Vor allem Klassiker der schwäbischen Küche wie Zwiebelrostbraten und Flädlessuppe machen Freude. Das Dessert war extrem lecker und es gab eine für mich neue Sorte glutenfreies Bier. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die glutenfreien Spätzle waren nicht hausgemacht, sondern von Bofrost.

Sehr gutes Essen, nette Bedienung. Fast alles auf der Karte kann glutenfrei bestellt werden. Die glutenfreien Gerichte werden extra mit einer grünen Klammer markiert, damit es beim Servieren nicht zu Verwechslungen kommt. Ich hatte ein Essen mit glutenfreien, sehr leckeren Spätzle, zum Vorspeisensalat gab es sogar glutenfreies Brot.

Went there a lot and looking forward to come back. Very friendly staff and the owner herself has celiac disease. You can order everything in a glutenfree variety on the menu except for Maultaschen. Never had any problems with the food.

Theres no separate menu for gf but almost everything on the main menu is gf or can be made gf and the menu clearly states this. I had gf spatzle and it was amazing and my non-coeliac relatives were also very happy with their food. Portions are massive. They also have gf beer and the service was very good.

Ich bin gerade beruflich am Bodensee und habe per Zufall dieses tolle Hotel gefunden, hatte auf der Homepage gesehen dass die Inhaberin Zölliakie hat und habe mich gleich angesprochen gefühlt = ) hatte ein wundervolles Kalbsschnitzel mit Spätzle und Soße und ein leckeres Dessert, einfach alles glutenfrei!! Fast jedes Gericht der Karte kann gluten-free zubereitet werden. Bin begeistert, danke für den tollen Service

The chef also eats gluten-free and the kitchen is very knowledgeable! You can safely enjoy all the salads, sauces, most of the soups, as well as the homemade sorbets and desserts.

Die Chefin isst auch glutenfrei und die Küche kennt sich sehr gut aus! Man kann alle Salate, Soßen, die meisten Suppen, sowie die hausgemachten Sorbets und Desserts unbedenklich genießen.
