Lovely place with a lovely view! They didn’t know anything about gluten. I gave them my card from NCV with information. They took it to the kitchen to give it to the chef. I ordered the goat cheese salad as a starter. When they brought it the goat cheese was rolled in something what looked like bread-crumps. I asked what it was and they said it was some starch. I told them I couldn’t eat that and that I couldn’t eat the salad anymore because I would get sick. Without any problem they replaced it with a total new salad without the starch and it was lovely!
For the main course my first choice was the pork tenderloin and if that was not possible I would like the rib-eye. So they asked in the kitchen and came back to say the they prefer to serve the rib-eye to me. Totally fine of course! It was also lovely and perfectly prepared.
Overall you need to help them out a bit to learn more about gluten free and how to handle that. But if you are willing to do that it is a lovely place, with lovely food and very well willing staff.
