Where do I begin?? Another Michelin restaurant had cancelled our reservations because they said they couldn’t accomodate my allergy. L’Arcane went over and above to accommodate my gluten allergy. They made slight changes to the dishes but still made sure I had the same overall dining experience as my husband. They even made gf bread especially for me which was warm out of the oven when we arrived and was heavenly! All of the staff were well informed about my allergy and explained each of our dishes but then explained how mine differed in order to accommodate my allergy. It was an absolutely amazing experience and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough to my fellow gluten avoiders!
