Super delicious Arepa spot! They say everything is 100% gf - not sure about the extra items like the appetizers but the arepas definitely are and were delicious! Highlight of the evening was the chef’s dog, Cookie. Such a sweetie.

My sister ate here and I was able to ask about the menu. Fried foods are a no go for celiac, as they fry the one menu item with flour (taqueños). Everything else is gluten free, including the empanadas. I can’t report on traction as I had already eaten at BAG.

Stopped in this place because it said their Arepas were 100% gluten free. Never had one before, but soon found out arepas are Venezuelan sandwiches made from corn flour, which means they’re naturally gluten free and also so good! Had the vegan one and it was great. There’s other things on the menu too so I don’t believe the whole place is gluten free, but it was so nice to eat a “sandwich”. Pretty large portion sizes too, and can be eaten there or ordered as take out.
