Small café for breakfast & lunch, mostly sandwiches & salads. They have a few gf items like muffins & scones in the bakery case. They seem attentive to avoiding cross-contamination, however I had a little nervousness. Some bakeries make their gf items first thing in the morning when the kitchen is pristine & there is no risk of flour in the air. While they use separate ovens for baking gf items, they could not assure me that gf items would be baked earlier in the day than gluten containing items.
Arrive early in the day for best selection. Items sell out as the day progresses. Banana zucchini muffin was decent but blood orange sorbet (DF) was excellent.
Really beautiful family owned cafe. Free wifi. Spacious and comfy upstairs. Have a couple of GF baked items, and coffee/tea of course

Staff was very attentive and carefully packed gf items separately. GF scone was delish and non gf folks were happy too. Warm and welcoming.
This place is great for coffee and quick gf treats. Their muffins are delicious! They also have gf bread available.
The cafe is family owned and the owner is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. A friend recently rented some of the space for a bridal shower and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. Every time I've been in the cafe they've been knowledgeable and great with the gf items.
Website has a gluten free menu.
Coffee is wonderful, too. They have soy, almond, and *hazelnut* milk (in addition to the dairy milks)!
Tried the cranberry scone and the morning glory muffin. They were both tasty. The coffee was good. Our non GF family had bagels and all were happy.
For GF, this is awesome. Banana choc chip muffin is fantastic (hard to believe its GF) and the morning glory muffin, while much denser as you might expect GF to be, is also very tasty. I knock off 1 star for the rest of my family who found the regular selections, such as their pancakes and french toast, to be lacking.
