This restaurant offers a wide variety of rice dishes based on local cuisine. This means mainly seafood and pork. Almost all the menu items are inherently gluten free (and well-marked). For those that aren’t (eg bread, croutons, beer) there are GF alternatives. The paellas are really delicious. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend.
