Best gluten free bread I've had! They take cross contamination seriously, and the hot sauce options are also largely gluten free - but, there's the risk that by touching the hot sauce, you'll get exposed. Someone with regular bread touches the hot sauce, though the sauce itself is fine the container isn't, you get gluten on your hands, touch your sandwich.

So yummy and it’s so nice to have a sub again! However, be ready to be spend a good amount of money on a sub (about $12-14)
Excellent selection, really good gf bread & service was great!
Knowledgeable staff, many options. Good food!

I always love Larry's! They ask if you have an allergy and would like them to change their gloves! Love that!
I stop here every time I'm in Jax to get a gf destroyer Italian sub. I'm a celiac and have never gotten sick from their food. They used to get their sub rolls from cookie momsters, but they must have changed their supplier. The sub contents are good, my family loves Larry's, but my sub was on a little hotdog bun today. Absolutely not an 8" sub roll and the $2.25 upcharge is unwarranted for this. I honestly won't go out of my way to come here in the future, unless I want a salad, because there are better local options for gluten free subs if we're wanting to eat bread. Just my 2 cents.
This is the only Larry’s location I go to in Jax. The ingredients taste fresher and they are always super careful making sure I’m not cross contaminated.

I have eaten here once before and was presently surprised with the options. This time we did the drive thru at midnight and ordered a hot sub on their good bread with no issues at all. Definitely recommend Larry’s

Coworker ordered for me and picked it up, but let them know I had celiac. Sandwich wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was pretty darned good. If I'm ever in the area again I would visit here.

Very friendly staff. Great staff. Very cautious with your food. This will be a place we will eat whenever we are passing through town.

That bread is amazing! They should more meat but otherwise love it!

Larry's is a great option. Their GF bread is great and made local by a lady who has a celiac daughter I believe. She had a storefront bakery on San Jose for years but I'm not sure if she moved it or closed.
I had the Cuban on the gf sub bun and it was delicious. All deli meats are gf and it clearly states that on the display case. I'm not usually a big fan of delis but it was so nice to have a real sandwich with my non-gf husband. I definitely recommend.
Delicious subs! The bread was so good it was scary... GF people know what I mean... You take a bite and have trouble believing that it's actually GF. (It was GF apparently... I'm still alive!)
Lots of options. Antibiotic free chicken.. Cage free eggs.... Yum. 8" & 12" gf subs.
Friendly service.
This location also had a nice outdoor area so our pup could sit outside with us.

Good gluten free sub, but the up charge of $2.25 is ridiculous.
Great tasting sub. Only get GF in one size. I ate at one on Atlantic Blvd. Would be good if Find Me Gluten Free put all locations on site. This location was closed and used google maps to find other locations. Jacksonville Fl. has many Larry's Giant Sub locations. Would be good to see them all on Find Me Gluten Free since they all serve GF subs.
Great gluten free hoagie buns.

This location has gluten free bread (fresh from a local gf bakery, cookie momsters), keeps the ingredients safe and separate, and will even safely toast it for you. Awesome!
Yes
The staff does not understand customers with celiac disease. I asked about safe handling of food and cross contamination and they assured me that by labeling my order as an allergy all would be taken care of. I received a tasty but very non-safe turkey sub that was toasted on the shared roll toaster. I had a definitive gluten reaction to this meal. Definitely not celiac friendly.

Larry’s sub rolls are from smart flour baking company. They are similar good I almost cried. They will sell you the frozen rolls. Last time I got them they were 4 for 10$.
Sad to say but all Larry's locations are closed. Do to the owner passing.

Not the best experience at Larry's subs. Tons of chances for cross contamination. Won't go back again.
