Super great tacos, friendly and helpful staff, and well labeled menu. The staff were great at answering any questions about the food and safety. They also were able to swap extra rice since the beans have CC. They also let me know they do wrap the tacos to keep them safe from CC.

The food truck is one of the few options that is easy for GF throughout the pavilion and the only one that marks GF on their menu.

My celiac mother was in the hospital for an extended period due to her heart condition. She was craving tacos, and a celiac nurse recommended Las Brasas. I am so thankful to have found this place. While I was apprehensive due to it being a food truck, my fears were allayed by the extremely professional staff. They were very knowledgeable and caring about celiac. We have eaten here twice and my mom loved it! She had the tacos and black beans with cheese, but there are more options. Well done Las Brasas!!!

Las Brasas Mexican Grill is our goto for gluten free and especially if you are celiac. They will scrub down the flat top to make sure there is no cross contaminatiom. All of their meats are gluten free. I know they have family members that are celiac so they try their best to accommodate us. Worth a visit.
