On first glance there is a lot of gf dishes on las bugambilias' menu. Unfortunately, the fryer is not dedicated, so all fried dishes are also off limits for sensitive diners. Tacos were safe and were pretty standard, but there are still more options to explore, and there is enough promise here to warrant another visit
