Arrived at airport very hungry due to no gluten free options being available on my business trip — the waitress at Chop House took such good care of me! She knew how to make menu items gluten-free and was aware of the shared fryer. I tipped her $20 on a $24 order— I was so grateful to meet a knowledgeable food worker! Did not experience cross contamination.

Waitress was absolutely clueless. So I asked her to speak to the chef and she said there was none. I told her someone back there must be cooking the food??? She had no desire to help or understand. We left. Not worth the risk.

Good Chicken Caesar salad (with no croutons)! Also enjoyed an Angry Orchard hard cider here 😊

The waiter was very knowledgeable! I asked if the tips & mushrooms were GF. He responded he could have it made. Big plus was they serve Omisssion beer. The Chop Salad was awesome! The Tips were okay. The price was a bit outrageous at $26 for tips. Total bill for 1 with a bottle is water for the plane was $42.
Extremely knowledgeable staff! No cross contamination issues, no gf bread, though.
