Gladys the owner is Celiac aware, highly conscientious and extremely warm. She paid close attention when I shared my allergies with her. She assured me that she could feed me safely, and she delivered. We had a fruit platter and when it came out she was able to tell us where each fruit was grown, either in her own garden or from a tree in the neighborhood. Some fruits are just now producing again after hurricane Maria devastated the island. These fruits were so tasty! Her gluten free pancakes are the best I’ve ever tried. She prepared Huevos Rancheros with smoked salmon for me that exceeded my wildest dreams. It was like I had died and gone to heaven. The views are stunning! Do your belly and heart a favor and eat here.
