Review

Highly suggest not dining here if you have any form of celiac or food allergy/intolerance. I am aware that I require a little more caution due to celiac but this place will outright make someone sick. When we walked in my partner clarified with the host (since it is a pizza place primarily) that there would be a celiac safe option - like a salad. She said absolutely and to inform our server.

Our server basically ignored me speaking but said anything not pizza or pasta. I explained (like I always do) that it’s not a problem if they cannot accommodate but to please not serve me anything that may have touched gluten. Server said salad or meat cheese board would be fine. I had the burrata board with prosciutto and tomato. I asked for no bread and again reiterated - no gluten.

The server brought me the board with bread, which was touching the cheese. I asked if they could remake it since the bread was touching the cheese. When he brought me out the new plate you could see that the cheese was just turned the other direction to hide that it had remnants of where the bread (it was grilled bread so noticeable grilled crumbs) was on the cheese. I hadn’t noticed right away and took a few bites of tomato, other side of cheese and meat. When I noticed the crumbs, we asked the server if this was the same cheese that was touching the bread.

He said yes, they just switched the plates and took the bread off. Like this was no problem.

They clearly have no care about celiac or allergies. They removed the food from our bill, but there wasn’t even a concern about the fact that this wouldn’t be an issue if they would have just said I couldn’t safely eat there.

I would not risk this ever again.
