Review of LaTao Hot Pot

I went here for the Hot Pot (soup), and I had symptoms 30 min after eating. I’m not sure if it was gluten or some other food poisoning. I came here “before I knew” and had the same experience with a chef-cooked meal. The food tastes great, but I’d stay away. Staff seemed confused about gluten, and both times I went were severely understaffed.
