This pupuseria serves authentic Salvadoran food, which means that it is largely starting from a gluten free place. The owners and server checked all the ingredients I asked them to and confirmed no gluten. I've eaten there several times and never had a reaction. The pupusas are corn pancakes stuffed with cheese and a filling of your choice. The fried plantains are the best I've ever had. Service is slow because they tend to have a chef and a server, but it's well worth the wait.
