The food was excellent. Fast casual. Really good, a lot of options. The gluten free items where clearly marked and plentiful. The only thing is that as a person who just has a gluten intolerance as opposed to celiacs I can't say how well they handle separate pan, and things like that.
Be careful here. Staff that work the counters are not the most knowledgeable on what gluten is. Went to the taqueria counter and after being told there was no one on staff who could tell me what the meats were marinated in and being told that rice has gluten), they finally went and got a chef (maybe from the tapas restaurant) who came out and confirmed that everything except the mole sauce was gluten free. I was fine after eating, but hesitant to go back to a place that is not as progressive in time as it should be. Mexican food should always be a safe place for people who can't eat gluten. Hoping this is addressed over time as the place becomes more popular and management takes initiate to train staff.
