I was told by staff that only a few items on their menu contain gluten- seitan, flour tortillas, and the mushroom soup. They offer GF tortillas and told me they can always switch gloves between prepping items. They can customize any burrito/bowl, so it's easy to leave out things like dairy.

The person taking my order was patient and took the time to explain their precautions. I ordered the Cuban with chicken, no wrap. The food was room temp and bland. My companions weren't huge fans of their burritos.

The best gluten free food. Basically all of their options can be made GF and their GF tortillas are delicious. They're unfortunately too small to make burritos, but they'll put it in a bowl with the tortilla on the side. The quesadillas are perfect. I've eaten there MANY times, always been happy with my options and my meal, and have never gotten sick from it.

Good GF tortillas. I had one of the quesadillas and it was quite good.

Lots of options. Quesadillas, burritos, bowls. Vegan options.

Offer Gluten Free, on their mostly Vegetarian, and Vegan options on their Burritos, burgers, quesadillas, and soups. An excellent place to eat. Well priced, yummy food, great atmosphere, and great service.
