Pricey restaurant at the Blue Lagoon but the food was good. We got the beef (each $53) and two starters (cauliflower soup and beet salad). All the food was very good and we were surprised when the waiter brought out multigrain gluten free bread. I was a bit concerned as he brought it out on the same tray as the gluten bread but it was separate and I never got sick.

Very disappointed we went for the GF bread. The waitress confirmed it wasn’t celiac safe because the bread is made with the regular bread in the same space and it’s contaminated. She checked with the chef and confirmed it wasn’t safe.

Incredible experience, felt so luxurious eating fancy GF food at Lava after swimming in the blue lagoon. The GF bread and butter is the best bread I've ever had in a restaurant (since giving up gluten). Beautiful scenery and great for a special occasion.

A very delicious GF lunch of pan fried fish of the day with a foam hollandaise sauce, sautéed fennel, cauliflower. And a very delicious GF bread served beforehand with superb house made butter! Expensive, but definitely worth it!

Incredible on all levels. The staff are super diligent. The food delicious. I had cauliflower soup (best ever) and the fresh catch. They have an amazing GF dessert as well. Very pricey but well worth it.

No gluten free menu, but they have a fantastic wait staff that knows the menu and can navigate your choices. They also serve gluten free bread and butter. Super delicious!!

Phenomenal dinner! The gf bread was amazing, some of the meals are naturally gf and staff were very helpful.

Fantastic gf lunch at the Blue Lagoon. GF bread was amazing (so tasty I worried it wasn't, but it was!). I had the vegetarian menu with some adjustment and it was one of the best meals of my life. What a pleasant surprise to find this amazing meal when I came for the lagoon.
