This is place offers an amazing concept and the interior is fascinating. You can eat fancy food while watching a theatre/show. If you specify that you have celiac beforehand, they prepare the food according to your needs. I had risotto and panna cotta which were naturally gluten free, but they prepared it seperately to prevent cross contamination.
