Our server was very helpful in explaining what options were gluten free and understood how serious Celiac Disease is. I had pasta which was made in separate water than anything containing gluten, and fries made in their own fryer.
As far as food quality goes, the gluten free pasta unfortunately was falling apart like many gf noodles do, and I wasn’t super impressed with the overall taste of the dish. The other 2 people in our party had fish and steak and both enjoyed their meals so I would give them another try and order something different.
