The menu does not indicate what is gluten free. However, when I called to place an order, the woman who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful with navigating the menu. The bad news is that many items in the menu had gluten. She told me the spicy mayo had gluten. Most of the rolls had tempura or tempura crumbs. The rainbow roll which normally is fine had fake crab so is not gluten free. Even some of the fish used in sashimi had gluten as it was marinated. She helped me place an order without gluten including excluding sauces from the rolls. Good was pretty good but certainly not the best sushi I have ever had, but the prices are very reasonable. There really is not anywhere to sit and eat here. It is meant to place an order and take away.
