The person working did not understand gluten free and was not knowledgeable about the food. When I asked about the gluten free bread, he shrugged and said he guessed it was gluten free. Definitely not safe for celiac.

Great little local restaurant. Gluten free wings and fried chips. Has 2 dedicated fryers so no risk of cross contamination. We had 3 types of wings - Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, and Blues and Q. All three were delicious! My wife and daughter had different varieties of Mac and cheese (not GF) that were homemade. GF bread available for the grilled cheese sandwiches, but we didn’t try these.

Dedicated fryer for chicken wings and fries! Also gluten free boneless wings and gluten free bread for grilled cheese sandwiches! All wing sauces are gluten free.
