The dedicated fryer is in their Stamford location only (so far). It's a dedicated gluten-free and vegan fryer. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable. They asked what I was thinking to eat and recommended how to order it to avoid all gluten and dairy. Friendly and happy to accommodate our needs and preferences.
I had the falafel salad with the pickles and pickled turnips, tahini sauce, spicy sauce, and hummus. I also had their seasoned (probably onion, maybe garlic, salt, other herbs, DELICIOUS) fries made in the dedicated fryer. They had many fresh salads, babaganoush, and other tasty side dishes that I could eat. They also had locally-made GF Vegan cookies for dessert.
The food was DELICIOUS. The falafel was perfectly crispy and browned.
The only things I couldn't have were tabbouleh (cracked wheat), pitas, and baklava.
