Not marked on the menu, but they seemed knowledgeable about gluten free. I had fish and it was very good.

I showed the waiter my celiac travel card, and he was excellent about letting me know what I could and could not order. The food was fantastic, and the service was wonderful.

I have had the enjoyable opportunity to dine at Layla's numerous times in the past several years. The wonderful owners, Rodrigo and his wife, have been there each time and are very welcoming and accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious and I have never had any adverse reactions. Highly recommend this little hidden gem!!
I cannot say enough how impressed I was with this establishment! I called to make a reservation and was a little sceptical that the person I spoke with understood my dietary needs, but I decided to try it anyway since many Mexican dishes are, or can be made, gluten free. Upon arrival I showed my Mexico Gluten Free card from Legal Nomads to the server who was unsure what to recommend so went to ask the chef. I was surprised when what seemed to be one of the owner's came up to see the card and spent about 10 minutes or so reviewing every item on the menu before letting me know which dishes I could and could not order. I was able to order from about half of the menu, all of the food was really delicious, and I had no reaction afterwards. I would definitely go again and highly recommend this very wonderful restaurant, I felt well taken care of!
