They do not claim to be gluten free. However, they have a gluten conscious menu. I was a little bit timid. I let the server know that I have celiac disease and he was very accommodating. He went back and immediately told the chef. He said that everything is made from scratch so they can be conscientious preparing each meal. I ordered the grilled salmon and rice. While I was waiting for my food, two people came out to speak with me letting me know that the chef said that he had a stove down and had to use the stove to grill bread on earlier. The chef also said he cleaned the grill after he put the bread on it but wanted to let me make the call as to whether or not I wanted to continue with my order. I said yes. The food was really good! I felt that the staff took CD very seriously. I had no reaction! Great experience!
