Lazzara's Pizza & Subs

I found this restaurant through another review on Facebook. I tried them out myself at first from the Emerald Isle location, then the Jacksonville location. Both are amazing!! Lazzara’s offers GF crust and a cauliflower crust. The GF crust is thin, but tastes amazing! They also offer dairy free cheese for those who can’t have milk. They’re always so accommodating with everything! No matter how busy they are, they’ve always listened to my allergy concerns and took them seriously. The GF pizza isn’t very expensive like other restaurants can be. Overall my favorite GF pizza I’ve ever had!

Everyone in the restaurant made both me and my Celiac sister feel right at ease! They offer both a gluten free and cauliflower crust (the gf was delicious!) and make all of their pizzas on parchment paper. When we walked in we asked about gluten free and one of the men at the pizza oven immediately came over to take care of us. His wife has Celiac and he was fully prepared to handle our order. We left full and happy!! Great place to visit!

They have gluten free crust and said the toppings were all gluten free, but there are some items I'd question. They were too busy to answer my questions, so I decided to go somewhere safe. Don't bother going when it's crowded.

Gluten free pizza that is amazing! The staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination and told us they would use all clean utensils and cutting boards as well as change gloves. The non-gluten free members of our group were thrilled as well, said the pizza was delicious.
