The waitress informed me that the pancakes were not allergen/celiac friendly when I tried to order them and suggested the waffle instead. While I had no symptoms, the waffle was horrible. It literally tasted like straight up bitter bread. I do not think you will get glutened here, but the food isn’t amazing (or at least the waffle isn’t).

They have GF bread, waffles, pancakes and more. Delicious food and very quick service. The menu is huge and they are also open almost all year round. UPDATE: the staff let me know that the waffle is a dedicated fryer but the pancakes are cooked on the same stove top as the regular pancakes!
