Went there while we were on vacation for the whole weekend so 2 breakfasts, one lunch and one supper (also a late-night snack). Shoutout to Edith who was the maitre d’hotel on Saturday and who is gluten intolerant because she informed us of all the possibilities of things we could eat and cross-contamination risks. Was not sick the whole weekend. Took nachos, a virgin caesar, the salmon (WOW), the tuna tartar and breakfast buffets. For the buffet, there were a few options (fruit, yogurt, ham, bacon, rice pudding, cheese) but there is always a risk of contamination since it’s a buffet. Edith told us that there was some gluten-free bread for toasts and a separate toaster for them. I had brought gluten-free cereal but needed to pay 1$ for a glass of milk even if I took the buffet…
