Called ahead to inform them one person in our party of 5 was GF. Upon arrival, server brought menus and a complete chart with all allergens and gluten ingredients in all dishes on the menu. Made it easy to pick an entree, plat, and dessert that was GF. Can’t speak to separate prep areas or anything as I didn’t ask too many questions. Delicious food in a gorgeous restored old bistro. They say it’s the oldest restaurant in Toulouse that originally opened in 1861.
