Très bonne expérience à ce restaurant. La serveuse m’a expliqué que le menu était très restreint puisque la vision du restaurant est d’offrir des menus vraiment exceptionnels selon les aliments de saisons. Ils se concentrent sur la qualité plus que la quantité de menus. Il semblerait qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de gluten en cuisine et qu’il est facilement possible de rendre la plupart des menus sans gluten. Je suis allée à ce restaurant car il était recommandé dans la revue K pour Katerine. Les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous! L’ambiance est très agréable. C’est calme et élégant comme endroit.

Cet excellent restaurant de Québec n'a pas de menu sans gluten, mais les cuisiniers sont en mesure d'adapter les repas pour les personnes coeliaques. J'ai fréquenté ce restaurant à quelques reprises et l'expérience a toujours été agréable. Le personnel est compétent.
