There are at least 2 items on the menu that are naturally gluten-free, the Baeckeoffe and the choucroute (sauerkraut and sausage). When I asked about GF, the waiter pulled out an allergen list - will post this in photos.

When I asked about gluten-free options the waiter didn’t hesitate and showed me 3 or 4 different dishes of the menu. They all had meat in them, what I didn’t want that evening so the made my fried potatoes and a big side salad. It tasted really good and I had no problems afterwards.
