I had the best experience with my meals. I felt the chef spoiled me. We stayed at the IC resort for 3 nights and booked lunch & dinner. My wait person asked what I enjoy eating which I told him veggies, salad & fish. The chef prepared meals daily for me that were not on the menu that were incredible. I had no clue what I was having for my meal until I was seated and was told what the chef had specially prepared for me. It was a huge treat to have such incredible food.

Deliscious and pricey and staff was knowledgeable about gluten free! They took all precautions and even delivered gluten free toast to the table.

I have celiac disease, and I was able to eat safely at Lotus, in Intercontinental Hotel. After informing the chef, he was also vigilant about the risks of cross-contamination. He was able to offer alternatives to the Menu to make it safe for GFs
