These croissants are the BEST GF croissants I have EVER tasted. I’ve tried GF croissants at both Noglu in New York and Mariposa bakery in San Francisco and both were just ok and reinforced to me that a good GF croissant just wasn’t possible. Not anymore!! These are flaky on the outside and buttery rich on the inside. You’ll think you went back to your gluten eating days! Truly incredible, compliments to the baker! The eclairs are yummy too!
