Review of Le Marquis Signature santé

I talked to the server and she said that the owner/baker’s wife is Celiac, which is why he started creating GF recipes. He is a classically trained chef. I had a croissant and my daughter had a passion fruit mousse thing that was melt in your mouth. Both were GF and dairy free and amazing.
