Review of Le Marquis Signature santé

The. Most. Amazing. Gluten-Free. Croissants. Ever.

Boulangerie Le Marquis blew me away. I did not think my son would ever truly experience a croissant... but this bakery knocked it out of the park. Not only did he enjoy his first ever Pain au Chocolat, but he also got to experience eating a croissant fresh out of the oven. I had an almond croissant that was incredible, too. Flaky, buttery, just like a "real" croissant. We actually went to the bakery twice during our short stay because it was so amazing. The second time, the croissants were in the oven baking up and the smell was intoxicating.

They have another branch up by the Marche Jean Talon that we weren't able to make it to, but that branch has lots of beautiful little cakes, macarons, and makes smoked meat sandwiches. Also, bonus, if you have a car or your own kitchen... the bakery sells frozen bags of their puff pastry and pre-made croissants for you to bake up at home!
