Buckwheat pancakes (galettes) are gluten free. Fantastic and different. Very French. We had a table on the water. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Although everything went well we didn't feel very safe concerning gluten. The waiter didn't know much about dishes containing gluten en didn't spent too much time finding it out. We knew the galettes were made glutenfree and went for the safe ingredients. The kitchen is very tight and since our waiter was not paying much attention to it, we were wondering if the kitchen could be carefull avoiding cross contamination.

A very compréhensive behaviour aboutit allergies. I recommend. No problème dit the sarrasin galette

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Charming place with a water view. They have a whole menu page of buckwheat pancakes which are gluten free. Although their dessert pancakes are not GF, you can ask for a dessert to be made on one of the buckwheat pancakes. My companion ordered a salad, which came sitting in a buckwheat pancake (galette) and was a beautiful presentation. The staff are friendly and speak English. They also have blankets on the outside chairs in case it gets chilly! Would highly recommend.
