Le Pain Quotidien has stopped offering gluten free bread with menu items and no longer has gluten free pastries or cakes. Very disappointed as I loved going here!

Lovely Bakery & Coffee shop, great salads, breakfast, GF Bread, GF Chocolate Brownie cakes, various GF offerings in the desserts.
I was told one of the best Bakery chains in Belgium. I presume offerings comparable at most locations.

There were NO glutenfree options. Long time waiting and in the end a not very helpful waiter. Shouldn’t go there!

I was impressed enough to say I would always go there if I needed a snack while waiting for a train. They do gluten-free bread which has a nutty texture with sunflower seeds. There is a range of of reasonably priced dishes including scrambled eggs, salads, sandwiches.

They had chicken soup with no carbs and some toasted seeded bread. And coconut macaroons. Those were my options today at 3pm. It was tasty.
They have table service, which I didn’t realize.
