Edited: As much as I love this place, I would advise to ask each time if they have a gf fryer for the spring rolls. It seems like they go back and forth, which is disappointing and confusing.

Original: The spicy beef pho is incredible and celiac safe, with knowledgeable staff to help you navigate their menu of many gf dishes. The server confirmed that their GF springrolls are fried in a dedicated GF Fryer! I eat here all the time with no issues. 10/10!

I tried this restaurant out on March 4 2023 based on a review I found on this app. I asked whether they serve food that is safe for someone with celiac disease. I was told that yes they can serve a pho that is completely gluten free, but contrary to the other review for this restaurant they told me the fryer may not be 100% safe. The spicy beef pho was very good and there was no gluten in my meal.
