Le Pho Vietnamese Restaurant

They stated most of the pho is/can be made gluten free and they asked if I have a wheat allergy, intolerance or if I am a celiac. Had a delicious meal and had no reactions afterwards (I am quite a symptomatic celiac). So lovely!

Server easily generated confidence about gluten-free options. There were many pho options that were gluten free. Confirmed separate gluten-free food preparation on delivery. I had a high degree of confidence that I was eating GF Pho. It was great.
