In Sluis it was not an easy job finding a good glutenfree (celiacsafe) option. Here we could find one dish (codfish) with french fries (dedicated fryer!!). It was served with a sauce (homemade tartaar) and a salad with dressing. The sause and dressing, we were not sure of, so we asked for apple sauce and tomatoes instead. So not a lot of options, but it was delecious, and we think no cross contamination.
