They have a pasta bar where they can make you gluten-free spaghetti with a choice of 2 sauces. For dessert they have a gluten-free chocolate brownie. When you go up to the bar you must tell them you gluten-free and they will take precautions. They change pans and tongs when making your meal, and they do not heat the spaghetti in a hot water bath but in the pan itself.
